After putting manufacturers and retailers around the valley to the test, the following is a list of who passed and who failed.  Those that failed are in red and have a “V” in the violation column.  Those that fail are required, through a cease and desist order, to remove any remaining bottles with the lot number indicated below.

Over the last ten years, between thirty and forty percent of all those tested have failed.  This year is no exception with about one in every four failing.  While this year is a bit lower than last year, it is likely due to the smaller number of samples and not an actual trend.  Also, you may notice that some have received a rating that is lower than 10 and are not receiving a violation.  This is due to the allowable statistical variance.
