Arizona Grown

A Great Way to Sell Arizona Food, Fiber & Beverages
What is Arizona Grown?
The Arizona Department of Agriculture is pleased to acquaint you with Arizona Grown, a program showcasing Arizona food and agricultural products. The goal of this program is to make it easier for consumers, retailers and restaurants to identify and purchase Arizona products.
Research indicates that, given a choice, consumers prefer to purchase locally grown foods. Besides eliminating the need for vast amounts of transportation fuel needed to ship food products, food safety and security issues are easily addressed when products from local farms and dairies are consumed.
The bright, distinctive Arizona Grown logo series will help residents of our state, other states and other countries easily identify high quality Arizona foods, fibers and beverages.
Who may use the logo?
The trademark Arizona Grown logo may be used to promote any food or agricultural item that has been grown, raised or processed in Arizona.
To use the logo, companies must submit a license agreement (PDF) verifying their eligibility and agreeing to comply with the Logo Use Guidelines (PDF). There is no cost to participate in the program however shipping costs will be charged. Logo slicks and digital art will be provided at no cost to the company and packaging materials and promotional items will be available at the cost of production.
Retailers and restaurants are encouraged to use these logos to promote Arizona products to their customers. The logos may only be used to promote Arizona products, as described above.
How may the logo be used?
Companies may incorporate the logo into their packaging design using camera-ready or digital artwork; or they may purchase labels to attach to packages, shipping boxes, or directly to produce items.
