What if a person approved for a grant award does not accept their designated funds?
The award is not officially complete until both the Arizona Department of Agriculture and the entity awarded the grant sign a contract. However, should the entity awarded the grant not wish to sign the contract, their portion of the funds will be returned to the larger grant fund for distribution during the next grant cycle.
