Importation requirements for birds, including Psittacine birds and domestic poultry, include:

1. An original health certificate issued by an accredited veterinarian within 30 days prior to entry. Photocopies of health certificates must have an original veterinarian signature; or
   
   

2. A National Poultry Improvement Plan Form 9-3 (domestic poultry only).
   
   

3. There are no other specific entry requirements providing the birds are healthy and do not originate from a quarantine area.
